PRICES

*all rentals require a $400 deposit, which holds  your date
This deposit is in addition to the rental fee and will be refunded and mailed back in 7-10 business days after your event, ONLY if Clubhouse is left in original state.

*cleaning provided for additional $200

Weekend Rental: 8am – Midnight day of rental only

• Friday Rental: $500 rental + $400 deposit = $900 total
• Saturday Rental: $1000 rental + $400 deposit = $1400 total
• Friday and Saturday Rental: $1200 rental + $400 deposit = $1600 total

Weeknight Rental: 8am – Midnight day of rental only

• Sunday-Thursday: $600 rental + $400 deposit = $1000 total

Weekday Rental: 8am – 5pm date of rental only

• Monday-Thursday: $500 rental + $400 deposit = $900 total

Optional Cleaning: $200.00
